The Logic Maze: new small business blog

Hold the front page, breaking news here; I'm joining the digital age once and for all and starting a blog to harness the inner writer in me.

So, why have I called it "The Logic Maze"? Well, it had to be called something and I wanted it to be called something other than "my blog". Anyone that knows me, knows me to be an analytical, logical thinker and that's what I want to bring to the table here.

I've decided I've got a lot to say and thought I may as well start saying it

With logic, analysis and my natural problem solving instincts, I want to get into the nuts and bolts of key issues affecting our small businesses through some unprecedented times.

We live in the information age and yet we still under use data and what it can tell us. I've always been interested in how we can derive an advantage from the data around us and this will form the basis of a lot of what we'll write about here.

Oil used to be seen as the world's most valuable commodity for what it's done for the world economy but it's now said that data holds that mantle.

That may be, but it means nothing without some analysis and common sense which is what we'll do here, we'll look at hot topics, data points and statistics and look at what it all means to small business owners and how we may be able to take advantage from it in our quest to grow our small businesses.
